One of the main goals of the Leonid Dobychin Society for Educational and Liberal Arts Initiatives is the establishment of the Dobychin Scholarship.

The scholarship will be awarded to foreign students and researchers coming to Daugavpils to study Russian language, literature and culture, as well as the history and culture of Latvia and other Baltic countries.

Rules for submitting applications and information on members of the Scholarship Committee will be published on our website in the near future. The Committee will decide which applicants will be awarded Dobychin Scholarships.
